1. Scope of Service

• DoctorBandhu.in provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for OPD queue management, live token tracking, and patient communication.
• We are a technology service provider only.
• We do not provide medical advice, telemedicine consultations, or healthcare services.

2. Medical Liability Disclaimer

The relationship between doctor and patient is independent of DoctorBandhu. DoctorBandhu is not responsible for medical negligence, wrong diagnosis, treatment outcomes, or disputes between patients and clinics/doctors. Delay timings shown in the app are estimates and clinics retain control over physical queue adjustments.

3. Subscription and Billing (For Clinics)

• Free Trial: Pilot runs/free trials are limited as specified during onboarding.
• Subscription Fees: Standard fees apply based on selected tier. Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of dashboard and automated alerts.
• Fair Usage: Standard tiers include defined WhatsApp/SMS limits. Excess broadcasting may incur additional transaction costs.

4. Data Ownership

Clinics retain full legal ownership of their registered patient lists. DoctorBandhu acts strictly as a Data Processor on behalf of the clinic (the Data Fiduciary).

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
